Placing an order
Placing an online order on Sicilia Downunder is easy. Order details and email confirmations will be sent to nominated email address provided. Please contact us immediately if there are any errors with your order confirmation. Once order is dispatched we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
All orders placed will be charged at the advertised price and any applicable delivery fee.
All payments must be cleared by Sicilia Downunder before any goods are dispatched. If an order cannot be processed, it will be rejected and we will provide you with notification.
Products, Prices and Availability
All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Each Sicilian typical products have Use-By and Best Before Date label and nutrition facts translated in English.
Every typical products on Sicilia Downunder is produced and packaged in Sicily by Sicilian manufacturing plants in line with the Italian regulation and law of food safety. For Ingredients list, please refer to products label and description and check for allergens before use.
If the goods ordered are not available at the time of order, Sicilia Downunder will strive to provide timely notice to the customer, indicating an ETA of delivery date.
The images are made by Sicilia Downunder at best to ensure maximum communication to customers, however in some cases the products may differ from the images.

Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal
We do not provide refunds or accepts returns for change of mind. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders prior to completing and finalising purchase. If there is a defect or issue with the product, please contact within 10 days of receiving goods via email to [email protected]
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for earrings. If there is a defect or issue with the product, please refer to our warranty policy. Please refer to our refunds and exchange policy.
