Piazza Pasta is organic and made using 100% Sicilian durum wheat. The dough is carefully formed in a cold vacuum-sealed tank then slowly dried for unbeatable quality and a flavour found nowhere else in the world.

The distinct shapes are made by drawing the dough through bronze mould, giving the pasta higher porosity and a raw natural colour. While the slow drying process preserves the pastas proteins, minerals and vitamins, thus giving the pasta a superior body and taste.

Piazza pasta is perfect for traditional pasta dishes and is ideal with Mediterranean flavours of fish, meat and vegetable-based sauces.
